Make contact with us and tell us about your project. we are experienced in dealing with the more 'hands on' tradesmen and developers who like to oversee every detail.Equally, we have contract customers who would prefer to leave everything to us so long as we meet their overall look, feel & budget for the kitchen.drawings
The vasty majority of our contract kitchens start from a piece of paper, rather than a physical room. architects drawings, sketches, or homemade plans...we're used to it all. whatever you've got...send our way and we will work our magic.We will discuss the wishlist here too...what is a must have? what is a luxury?

Sit back and relax whilst we create expertly crafted, computer-aided designs of the kitchen to give you and your clients a visual representation of just what the finished kitchen will look like.Would you like to tweak something? perhaps see a different colour shade? In the contract industry, quotes are (most of the time) the be all and end all. That's why our trade kitchens are specifically designed and created with price in mind, every step of the way.whether it is 10 kitchens with an overall price figure to meet - or 1 project kitchen - we are used to curating our quotations to suit your needs.fine tuning
This process can vary quite drastically from the retail market.We have many contract clients that prefer to give their end user free reign to customise the overall finished look of the kitchen whilst ensuring that we, the designers, stick to the budgeted figure - we are experts at meeting with and discussing the project with your clients - all the while reporting and discussing cost changes with you alone!Equally, if there isn't a purchaser or end user at this stage - then we will discuss and finalise everything with the developer themselves to their liking - all the while ensuring flexiblity in the design should a purchaser come into the equation - pre ordering.proceeding
Everythings decided and it's time to put the wheels in motion!At this stage we will discuss initial installation dates, installers and the timeline of events to follow before asking you for an initial deposit payment in order to proceed with booking everything into our schedule.we know that developments and contracts can often meet unexpected bumps in the road and should that be the case - we have secure storage facilities available to store the kitchen until the developement is ready for us!check measure
We understand that things in the Trade don't always run on schedule and that stumbling blocks like: supply issues or even the weather can play havoc on scheduling. We ask that when structures are in place and physical walls are starting to pop up, you let us know and we will arrange our on site check measure to ensure that everything proposed and designed will work to the dimensions of the room created.
We will discuss this in further detail at Stage 6 and depending on the lead times of products into our storage facility - we may require as little as 2-3 weeks notice from any proposed installation date for this stage to occur.installation
Our professional installer will be with you on the agreed installation start date through to completion of our installation.
Our installers are used to working on projects with other trades and work well as part of an overall team.
Post installation - our designer will carry out an on site snagging of any final installation(s) with the site foreman and any remedials that may occur are dealt with immediately.
Once the installation is fully completed, we will again carry out a site visit in order to sign off the project with the site foreman and ensure his or her satisfaction.
