The supply journey

At Lily Rose Kitchens we are seeing more and more of our clients turning to project managing themselves, and that is absolutely fine. We fully recognise that in todays market, there is a need to tighten the purse strings wherever possible.

Perhaps you have a friend or relative who will install your kitchen for you? Or you’d like to source your own appliances, sinks, taps or even worksurfaces…we are perfectly okay with this.

We can do as much…or as little, as you prefer.

However, one thing we will not do is disappear…we are always on hand to discuss any questions or queries that you or your installer may have. Not sure if an appliance will fit an aperture…just ask. Is your installer unsure where to cut the panelling for the correct finish…check with us first. We are always happy to help.

Our Supply Process

Our straightforward supply process ensures you receive the right kitchen products quickly and efficiently, with expert guidance every step of the way to meet your specific needs.

Just because we aren't installing, does not mean our prodcuts and service diminish.

  1. Initial contact

This couldn't be more simple - fill in our free consultation form or contact us on 01580 456003 to arrange a design centre appointment or book in an initial home visit from one of our expert team.

  2. home visit

One of our design team will book in a 30 minute - 1 hour home visit with you to discuss and measure your kitchen area. At this stage we will also go through your 'wish list' for the overall finished article. If you have it all planned in your head, brilliant. If you don't, not to worry, fine tuning comes later...this is just to get the wheels turning.

  3. cad design

Sit back and relax whilst we create expertly crafted, computer-aided designs of your room to give you a visual representation of just what your dream kitchen will look like.

Would you like to tweak something? perhaps see a different colour shade? Absolutely fine. we can tweak and change the designs as much as needed in order to get it just perfect!
We'll email them across to you - they are yours to keep!

  4. quotation

Once we have your dream kitchen planned and designed, we can then create an initial quotation for you to give you an idea of overall costings.
we will always have your budgeted figure in mind at every step of the process, so this step is already partially planned in our minds.

Want to fine tune and tighten the quote to suit a certain figure? we are experts at working towards specific pricing whilst not compromising on the overall look at feel of the plan.

  5. fine tuning

When our stars are starting to align - we will recommend a booked appointment in the design centre to fine tune everything to achieve perfection...from handles, to sinks & taps, worktops to pullouts...everything is customisable..but equally...we know what works and will be happy to make this process as easy and seamless as possible.

Fine tuning can affect the quotation stage and oftentimes step 4 and step 5 can be switched around - depending on your preference.

  6. proceeding

Everythings decided and it's time to put the wheels in motion!
at this stage we will discuss dates, installers and the timeline of events to follow before asking you for an initial deposit payment in order to proceed with booking everything into our schedule.

From here on it is purely about getting as excited as possible to see the vision become reality!

  7. Site meeting

As our installers aren't involved in this stage. Our designer will arrange a pre-install meeting on site with the proposed installer of the kitchen (should they wish) to ensure that they are satisfied with the design and installation process.

We always recommend this is carried out as it gives all parties a chance to meet face to face...it also gives the installer the opportunity to look for and 'hidden' obstacles such as plumbing or electrics that may impact the proposed designs.

  8. installation

Just because we aren't installing your kitchen for you, does not mean we aren't available and on-hand at this stage should any installation guidance or questions need answering.

We are always just a phone call or email away should your installer need and assistance.

Post-installation - we would love the opportunity to see the finished article and discuss the project with you. Just let us know when things are completed and we will arrange our final visit.
